Are these two actually related?

Supposedly I am dad to both, but I still have my doubts. See for yourself. Also, please ignore the hairy shirtless guy in the background. I have no idea who he is or how he got into these adorable photos.

Big Brother Griff

Griffith has really taken to being a big brother to his little brother, Cameron John Crichton. Griffith is mostly indifferent to Cameron since Cameron can't play with him, does not have any food to share, and spends most of his time sleeping. However, every once a while Griff will interrupt his daily routine to say hello to Cameron. Here Griff is babysitting Cameron while his parents go out for a night on the town. It's so nice to have such a responsible two year old to babysit his younger brother:

Here is a solo pic of Griff's blond haired, blue eyed little brother. I'm still trying to figure out how Cameron ended up with light hair and eyes - Mom's got some explaining to do.

2 year old Elvis Impersonator

Here you can see Griffith auditioning for the next round of Idol. He definitely looks like a bad Elvis impersonator with the spread legs and the pointing. Hopefully he has a bright future in the lounge singing industry.

Griffith's Second Birthday Party

Didn't make the list for the most exclusive 2nd Birthday Party ever? Fear not, because you can see what all of the buzz was about.

No pants party!

Over the last few months, Griffith has grown tired of conforming to society's expectations regarding pants. He finds pants and diapers too constricting and prefers going nude, especially when sleeping. However, this has posed some problems recently. In fact, today Griff took his diaper off at daycare on two separate occasions. The no pants party took a turn for the worse when Griff decided that he needed to take a leak and the floor he was standing on was as good a place as any to relieve himself. This became an even bigger problem when Griffith's teacher came over to warn him about Denver's strict laws regarding pants and slipped and fell on Griff's floor urine. Needless to say, Griffith's parents will be taking a much firmer stance on the enforcement of the pants policy.

Summertime

Griffith has managed to keep himself very busy this summer. He has kept himself busy doing GTL with the rest of the Jersey Shore Crew. Gym, tan and making his mom do tons of laundry. The time he has spent at the gym and at the tanning salon is clearly paying off as you will see below.

Dancing machine

Griffith has been working on some new dance moves. We think he should be ready for the next season of Dancing with the Stars if he keeps practicing.

I'm hungry (again)

Griffith has discovered his new favorite hobby, eating massive amounts of food. He normally starts out with what we call "1st breakfast" around 6:30 a.m, which will usually include yogurt, toast and a smoothie. Sometimes Griffith demands a glass of milk or yogurt smoothie for that lengthy 10 minute drive to daycare. Then, Griff will have "2nd breakfast" with the rest of the kids at daycare around 8:00 a.m. This meal typically consists of waffles, eggs, cereal or whatever else is on the daycare menu. Next comes lunch around 11:00 or so, which will be a grilled cheese, some crackers or maybe some fruit if Griff is feeling healthy. He often will eat other kids' unfinished lunches because one helping is just not enough. Snacktime is next at 2:00 p.m. which will be graham crackers with some more milk. Finally, Griffith finishes the day with dinner at 5:30. We try to feed him fruits and veggies, which is largely unsuccessful, which means Griffith eats his favorite meal of mac and cheese about 5 times a week. We are starting to look into infant gastric bypass. Here are some pics of Griff partaking in his favorite hobby:

Walk it out

Griffith is busy working on this whole walking thing. Most of the time, he seems pretty content to crawl and let his parents/servants carry him where he needs to go. However, every so often he will show everyone how to walk it out. You can see that when he walks it out, he looks like a drunk senior citizen with a walker.

Happy Birthday to Me!

As I'm sure everyone knows, Griffith had his first birthday on February 9th. Do not worry if you forgot the big day, Griff said he would continue to accept gifts for the next six months. The First Annual All-Star Tribute to Griffith was held on the following Saturday, February 12th. Here are some pics of the star-studded affair.

Griffith's newest trick

Well, it's been almost a year and Griffith is adding new tricks to his repertoire everyday. While other kids waste their time walking, talking or waving, Griff spends his time clapping. He claps when things are good, he claps when things are bad, he claps when others say hello to him. He pretty much claps anytime his parents ask him to do anything. Some may say he's a one trick pony, but Griffith is clearly focusing on mastering his craft before he moves on to other pursuits. Take a look at the clapmaster in action:

Happy/Merry Christmakah!

This was Griff's first Christmakah and let's just say he took full advantage. He really enjoys celebrating both Hannukah and Christmas since it means 8 crazy nights of lights and fun followed by Christmas Eve and Christmas. Mostly, it means a boatload of presents and wrapping paper to tear.

Turkey day

It was Griff's first Thanksgiving and he took full advantage. He spent his whole day eating and napping, which is actually what he does almost everyday of the week, but this time he was wearing a sweater vest for the occasion. Here you can see him partaking in the festivities. Look out for the director's cut where you can watch Griffith throw up his entire Thanksgiving dinner on his dad's leg.

You can see that Griffith celebrated his first Halloween in style. Here he is showing off his Mickey Mouse outfit for the cameras





He also made a scary video for the occasion. Hopefully, people can still sleep after seeing it.

Griff and his posse

Griff has now added two members to his posse and they are ready to wreak havoc on Denver. They may not look intimidating here, but you need to watch out for these three. Jackson Robbins is wearing the skull and crossbones so that everyone know that he is not to be messed with. You can see Colton Sciez (or maybe you can't) in his camouflage shorts.

Are you ready for some football?

It's finally opening weekend for the NFL and Griffith is a little perturbed that he is starting the season on the bench. You can see that he spent most of the offseason sleeping and eating with Albert Haynesworth so he came into camp this year pretty overweight and out of shape, but is doing his best to get ready for opening weekend.






Griffith has dreams of being a starting quarterback, but you can see he has a ways to go with his unconventional throwing motion. Either way, he is just excited to get back on the field!
